Lifeup Network — Terms & Conditions & Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 2025
Mutual Aid • Peer-to-Peer

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lifeup Network. These Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Lifeup Network platform and your participation in the community. By registering, logging in, or otherwise participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Lifeup Network is a peer-to-peer mutual aid platform. It is not a bank, investment firm, or regulated financial institution.

2. General Principles

  1. Lifeup Network is a community of members who voluntarily exchange funds with each other for mutual support. The platform facilitates matching but does not hold or manage funds on behalf of members.
  2. No profit, return, or guaranteed outcome is promised. Donations and transfers are between members only.
  3. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
  4. Delays and reassignments may occur when members fail to meet obligations. The platform aims to minimize disruption but cannot guarantee timing.

3. Providing Help (PH)

When you choose to provide help you make a pledge (PH) to transfer a specified amount to one or more other members. The key rules:

  • Pledge: You may pledge any amount permitted by the platform settings.
  • Matching: Once matched, your PH will be assigned to one or more GH requests until your PH amount is fully used.
  • Payment: You must transfer the matched amount within the platform’s specified timeframe and upload acceptable proof of payment (bank screenshot, transaction ID, or other allowed evidence).
  • Consequences of failure: Late payment or failure to provide valid proof may result in suspension or blocking of your account (see Suspension & Blocking).
  • Completion: A PH is considered completed only when all associated transactions are confirmed and the PH’s remaining balance reaches zero.
Note: Always verify recipient details before sending funds. The platform may provide contact details for matched recipients to facilitate confirmation.

4. Getting Help (GH)

GH is the act of requesting support from the community. Key points:

  • Eligibility: You may request GH only after you have submitted and completed at least one PH (or as defined by platform rules).
  • Fair matching: Requests are matched in order of availability. The system strives for fair distribution.
  • Reassignment: If a matched payer fails to pay, your GH request may be reassigned to another available PH donor. This can cause delay but not loss of your request value.
  • Completion: A GH request is considered completed only when all related transactions are confirmed and the GH’s remaining balance reaches zero.

5. Referral Program

Lifeup Network rewards members who introduce new, active participants. The referral program operates on three levels:

  1. Level 1 (Direct): The user who directly referred the new member receives 10% of certain qualified transaction amounts.
  2. Level 2 (Indirect): The referrer of the direct referrer receives 5%.
  3. Level 3: The next level up receives 2.5%.

Referral bonuses are awarded only when the underlying transaction is successfully completed and confirmed. The platform will not pay referral bonuses for failed or fraudulent transactions.

Abuse of the referral program (spam, fake accounts, self-referral schemes) is strictly forbidden and will result in penalties including suspension and reversal of bonuses.

6. Guiders

Guiders are experienced community members who support new or struggling participants.

  • Guiders may receive additional incentives for team performance and mentoring.
  • Guiders must operate transparently and act in the community’s best interest.
  • Guiders who misuse their role (coercion, fake confirmations, favoritism) will be stripped of privileges and may be suspended.

7. Code of Conduct

All members must:

  • Be honest, civil, and respectful to other members.
  • Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
  • Upload only genuine payment proofs; doctored or fake proofs are forbidden.
  • Not encourage or represent Lifeup Network as an investment product promising profit.
  • Not engage in spam, phishing, scamming or any illegal activity.

8. Suspension & Blocking

To maintain trust, Lifeup Network enforces strict measures against defaulting or abusive behavior.

  1. Triggers for suspension:
    • Failing to pay within the allocated payment expiry for a transaction;
    • Failing to confirm receipt within the allowed confirmation window;
    • Uploading fake or doctored payment proofs;
    • Operating multiple accounts to abuse the system;
    • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  2. Consequences: Suspended accounts may lose matching priority, referral privileges, and access to the platform. Repeated violations may lead to permanent blocking.
  3. Suspension records: Each suspension is recorded in the platform’s Suspension History with:
    • time of suspension;
    • the reason;
    • time of unsuspension (when applicable);
    • unsuspension reason (when applicable).
  4. Rematching: If a payer fails, the GH recipient will be rematched to other available PH donors as described in the platform rules. Rematching aims to preserve the recipient’s claim on funds while removing defaulting payers from the matching pool.
  5. Appeals: Suspended users may appeal to administrators. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement; administrators will review evidence and previous records.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We respect member privacy and only share the minimum required details to enable transactions (e.g., name, bank account, wallet address, and contact details) with matched participants.

  • We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Data is stored and processed to support matching, referrals, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
  • By participating, you consent to this data sharing for the platform’s operational needs.

10. Risks & Disclaimers

Participation carries the following risks:

  • Delays in receiving funds due to rematching or participant defaults;
  • Potential loss from fraudulent participants despite prevention measures;
  • No regulatory protection, compensation schemes, or deposit insurance applies;
  • Platform administrators are not responsible for direct peer-to-peer transfers between members.

Members should only pledge money they can afford and exercise reasonable caution when sending funds to other individuals.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between members:

  1. First attempt a direct resolution with the matched participant using the provided contact channels.
  2. If unresolved, submit a dispute ticket to platform administrators with all evidence (proofs, timestamps, messages).
  3. Administrators will investigate and render a decision. The administrator’s decision is final and binding on the platform.

12. Termination of Membership

The platform may terminate membership without prior notice in cases of:

  • Serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
  • Fraud, abuse, or malicious activity;
  • Legal orders requiring account closure.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in Lifeup Network you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Community Guidelines. You accept that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
