How to Use Lifeup Network (LUN): Step-by-Step Guide to Get Started

Learn how to get started on Lifeup Network (LUN) with this simple step-by-step guide. From creating your account and verifying your email to adding your bank account and making your first Provide Help (PH) request, this tutorial explains everything new members need to begin participating safely and successfully in the Lifeup community. 🚀

Lifeup Network is a community-driven platform where members support each other by Providing Help (PH) and later Getting Help (GH).

 

This guide will walk you through the complete process from registration to making your first PH donation.

Step 1: Create Your Account

To begin, visit the Lifeup Network website and click the “Join Us” or “Join Now” button.

You will be taken to the registration page where you must provide the following:

  • A unique username

  • Your email address

  • A password

  • Confirm your password

Once you complete the form, click “Join Our Community.”

 


Step 2: Verify Your Email

After registration, the system will send a verification link to your email address.

Open your email and click the verification link to confirm that you are a real user.

After verification, you will automatically be redirected to your profile page.


Step 3: Complete Your Profile

On your profile page, you will need to fill in your personal details.

Required information includes:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Postal Code

Once you complete this step, your account setup is finished.


Step 4: Add Your Bank Account

Before you can Provide Help (PH) or Get Help (GH), you must add a bank account.

From your side menu, click:

Bank Accounts → Add Account

A dialog box will appear where you can enter your bank details.

Fill in the required information and save the account.

Once completed, your account is ready to participate.


Step 5: Provide Help (PH)

To support the community and start earning rewards, you need to Provide Help (PH).

From the side menu, click:

Provide Help (PH)

On this page you will see:

  • Your previous PH history

  • A form to create a new PH request

⚠️ Important:
Only make a PH request when you are ready to make payment, because failing to pay after being matched will result in your account being blocked.


Step 6: Create a PH Request

To create a new PH:

  1. Select one of your registered bank accounts

  2. Enter the amount you want to provide

For example:

Nigeria PH Range

  • Minimum: ₦5,000

  • Maximum: ₦5,000,000

🎁 Special Bonus

Your first PH of ₦50,000 or more earns you a $10 registration bonus.

After entering the amount, click:

“Proceed and Make PH.”


Step 7: Wait to Be Matched

Once you submit your PH request, the system will match you with another participant who will receive your payment.

⏱ Matching time can take between:

1 minute to 24 hours

Your PH starts counting for 14 days immediately after you create the PH request.

Step 8: Make the Payment

When you are matched with another participant, you must make the payment within the 12-hour countdown.

⚠️ Failure to pay within this period will result in account suspension or blocking.

After making the payment, go to your dashboard.


Step 9: Upload Payment Proof

On the dashboard:

  1. Select the payment transaction

  2. Click Upload Proof / Confirm Transaction

You will need to:

  • Upload your payment receipt

  • Write a remark of at least 50 characters (about two sentences)

Example remark:

"I have successfully transferred the payment through my bank. Please confirm receipt."

Then click Confirm.

Your payment confirmation will be submitted successfully.


What Happens Next?

After confirming your payment:

  • Your PH will continue counting toward maturity

  • When it matures, you can request a Get Help (GH).
